I don't like the attitude of the taller waitress who worked at the checkout counter. She's kind of rude. So I left there quickly. But another waitress and the waiter were nice. They treated other customers politely. These two stars are for them.

Don’t go there if you don’t know French. The personnel was super rude to me, the waiter wouldn’t even look at me, he totally looked in anther direction. When I asked for the WiFi password, the guy said he can only show it on his phone and then he shows me his wallpaper, where there was middle finger basically telling me to f”ck off, he took his phone away again and only then presented the QR-code for the WiFi (meaning there was no reason to even show me his wallpaper, he just wanted to). Also, I asked for a lemonade. He brought me half a glass fresh lemon juice, ice, and still water separately, I had to mix it myself. And there was so much lemon juice that when I mixed it I could not drink it at all and left the whole glass, still was charged 5 EUR for it. I was very polite to them and in total spent just 30 min there, so there was absolutely no reason for such behavior. It was a horrible experience altogether.

Rude staff!! We asked to change a drink and the refused and said we must pay for it if though it tasted funny and argued with us rudely. The owner was cold and rude as well as the waitress. They took us money for cutting our pizza and gave us the check the moment after we ordered our food. When we finished eating the stood next to our table and didn’t move until we paid. We didn’t leave a tip and we DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

COLD-BLOODED owner/waitress/waiters !! My kid wanted to use a restroom badly yesterday. I asked them if they could please allow him to use theirs. They directly denied saying it's only for customers. But we were going to catch the tour bus in a few minutes and wouldn't have enough time to order anything. They insisted and refused to make an exception even for a 7-year kid. I believe most French are nice. But they are NOT GOOD PEOPLE in here. Check other reviews, apparently we are not the only one. And the owner makes "funny" replies trying to fight back the bad reviews without shame and thinks that's "smart". But I can tell almost every single line you've put in here so far makes you deserve more bad reviews. We said hello to you. But if we are not welcome, then fine, you deserve another bad review! I don't think you care, so be it. "Everything has a cost" is not an excuse. Most people know there's another thing so-called "humanity". Good luck, you people. And "everything has a cost".

We really liked this place... Yes it's not jazz and they do charge extra. But the fact that the waiter speaks English deserves a star in and of itself :) Food was pretty good, prices are normal for Nice.
