Ps. I’ve read the recent reviews, and some negative ones seem really suspicious (posted at the same time with the same idea, having the same amount of likes). Not sure, but probably they’ve got some unfair competitors around.

50 minutes in cold to wait for a pizza, they serve all the Deliveroo first with no respect for their current customers. Last time almost the same experience and with the surprise of receiving a cold pizza. Very deceiving and will not order again until they really improve their services. Such a pity as the pizza is really good :(((

Forno Gusto was a discovery of 2019/2020. And at that time l would have given 6 stars. We loved this restaurant. When it opened the pizzas were fantastic! Done by the chefs from Napoli. Real napolitain dough! The ingredients were fresh and high quality, mixed in the perfect way and portions.
However, in the last 6 months (or even longer) the pizzas are not the same…The dough of the pizza is different, ingredients mixed and put on the pizza in a messy way, mozzarella replaced with different cheese, twice the pizza was burnt….A complete disappointment! You can see that the amateurs are doing it now.
Service was always an issue. The grumpy French manager of the restaurant/orders was never pleasant, slow, forgetting things, but we could ignore it as the food was good which is no longer the case.
