Domino's Pizza

Guys in Domino's Puteaux are doing great job. Their pizza never disappointed us (we ordered like 4-5 times already) Delivery is fast. Domino's pizza is good and you can always rely on them when hungry!

It was dirty. I orderd only fries, nobody was there and I was waiting 30 min. Mayonnaise, ketchup nothing was there. I paid 5 Euros for this.... Never again....

Website works once in 3 or 4 times, promotion codes usually don't work and all my fidelity points just disappeared after trying to validate my payment, which didn't work of course. There's no number to call about issues like this so it's a game of trust if you use their website and pay with your bank card.

I regret to inform you that I had an unpleasant experience while trying to place an order at your establishment. Despite calling in advance, we faced a communication barrier as the staff couldn't understand English and could not locate our hotel address on their system for further assistance. After seeking help from our hotel staff, we were informed that our food would be delivered within 30 minutes. However, after waiting for an additional 40 minutes and making a follow-up call, we were told that the food was already on its way. Nevertheless, after waiting past the stipulated delivery time of 11 pm, we received no pizza, which was quite disappointing. As a loyal customer, I find it hard to believe that a pizza shop would intentionally lie about the delivery of an order. I hope this issue can be addressed to avoid recurrence in the future, and I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your consideration.
