Good pizza, like most 'french' pizza, mozzarella is is replaced with Emmentaler cheese. I love all kinds of cheese so no biggie for me. Good Mozzarella is much softer though and gives off a different flavor, less pronounced. It gives more room to the other ingredients too breath. As most pizzas go, there are just a few ingredients so balance is important. I prefer Mozzarella but this French style is pretty good, they also sell nothing but pizza which imo is a good thing. The crust was thin and crunchy. Can be busy, so come before the French do or just preorder. No chairs, so sit on the curb or takeaway. Disclaimer, I'm not a picky eater but I like to think I can recognize quality food.

I always enjoy the pizza from here. Served by a friendly, helpful lady who is always willing to help a non French speaker.

Very busy lady! (poor thing) answer phone, serve customers, cook and serve counter... Pizza was nice again thanks, sorry for my bad french , see you again next year ????
