The food was great but the service even better! I wish I caught our server's name... Between my broken French and his broken English we had a fantastic meal.. so much so we even tipped, though it's not the custom in France. And this was after my husband's gnocchi was somehow cold within the boiling sauce. We flagged our server down and he took care of it with such grace and cheer, returning with a perfect dish. The ambiance was lovely (though we would suggest warmer toned light bulbs!) and for these weary travelers/parents of tiny children, sharing some humor and humility with our restaurant server is an unexpected but very welcome experience! Cozy little restaurant with a great selection of local specialties. We were seated in the room at the back which gave us the opportunity to enjoy our food in private. The service was also very friendly.
