Not recommended: We reserved a "VIP" day bed for 300€ in advance, when we arrived they didnt find our reservation at first, then offered us a bed in a very bad spot. When we asked for a better location, we're told that these beds are "reserved" for customers who come every day...???? Interesting interpretation of customer service - well, we decided to go somewhere else ...

I can confidently say that L’Ecrin Plage is an absolute recommendation for anyone seeking an elegant establishment with exceptional employees. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who escorted us to our table. The location, right on the beautiful beach of Cannes, created a fantastic ambiance that immediately put us in a vacation mood. The view was breathtaking and truly added something special to our dining experience. L’Ecrin Plage's menu offered an extensive selection of delicious dishes. From seafood to classic French cuisine, there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was absolutely superb. Each dish was prepared with care and tasted delightful. The chef and kitchen staff certainly deserve praise for their culinary skills. What truly stood out during our visit was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made sure we felt completely at ease. Our glasses were never empty, and our questions were answered with a smile. This level of attention and customer service is rare and was greatly appreciated. In addition to the delectable food and excellent service, the overall atmosphere of L’Ecrin Plage was relaxed and inviting. The decor was stylish, giving a chic beach vibe. We enjoyed our meal while listening to the soothing sound of the waves in the background. The drinks were great and served nice and cold, the service was also very fast even though there were tons of peoples here. The whole beach scenery was also really adding to the experience. Overall, 4.6 out of 5. Right beside the dock as well for any sailors to enjoy.

Amazing views/atmosphere, food and service (from Edward)!

The location is very nice, I ordered ravioli which was very tasty, but as you can see - they have no idea how to decorate the food - some parsley on the ravioli had been nice. My husband ordered fish - even that was very dull to look at :)) The service was a set-back. I asked for water - waited 20 minutes, reminded them again and finally decided to leave the place. No - I will not go back, I value service very much.
