I had the beef tartare and was sick with a nasty stomach bug for 1 month afterwards. That aside, my food was gross, and my boyfriends pizza was not great either. Its not a bad place otherwise..

We have always found the staff, the atmosphere and the food very conducive to a good time.

It is very sad that long-time friendly waiter Nage has retired, and his colleague Giovanni has returned to Italy. These two were great characters who always gave regulars a warm welcome and a personal service. The new staff are efficient but aloof, and could be friendlier. This is not a four star restaurant. It is a brasserie that serves nice food at reasonable prices, on the promenade with great views of the Mediterranean. It is popular with locals and tourists alike. Choice of exterior or interior dining. Mixed reviews now as it is undergoing changes, but you should check it out for yourselves. We like it. Recommended, if only for its location.

Average good food, good location and nice man who works here!

Bad experience First: the girls in the group ordered a drink each from the drink menu, apparently the drinks are prepared powder (even the alcohol) which they just add water to and serve. Tastes awful. The pizza are just frozen pizzas and ready within 10 minuets, one even possibly had plastic in it. Only good/ok food were the clams, but the “pâtes aux fruits de mer” was quite tasteless overall. Only good experience was the nice staff and the location.
