Yummy! One of my favorite places in Montpellier. A pizza like no other. It's quite exceptionnal to have a "Pizza al taglio" in France. Only those who went to Rome know how different it is from the cheap, ordinary one. Pizza al taglio or pizza al trancio (Italian for pizza by the slice) is a variety of pizza baked in large rectangular trays, sold in rectangular or square slices by weight. The pizza bread here is rigorously handmade daily - it's very easy to tell the difference, by taste and by "lightness" - and all the ingrediens are so good that once you taste one, you want to taste all of them! Quite a large variety of vegetarian types of pizza - and they also have even a Vegan one. Alessio and Melody also make other very good dishes (Lasagna, salads, etc) and tasty desserts - my favorite of all time being their Tiramisu, with occasional slight variations from the original recipe - I just tasted a variation with Lemon instead of coffee - delicious! Bravissimi!

We accidentally stumbled across this amazing pizza shop. The crust is awesome, and the owners are very friendly and custom made pizzas for us. Extremely tasty! But highly recommend to anyone.

Awesome pizza. Even make vegan pizza. One thing we really enjoyed was the chickpea based flower crust. Great for low-carb diets.
