I visited in June 2023 and I could not be happier with my 2 visits to the pizzeria. The first we ordered two pizzas and both were incredibly delicious. However, the reason for my positive review is the awesome hospitality and family environment they have cultivated.
As I said before, the pizza was great. Plus, the beer and wine selection was excellent for a small pizza place. I asked for their recommendations on beers and especially wines because as an American, most were unfamiliar with me. They were very happy to help me.
This brings me to the most important part of this review. I enjoyed one of the wines suggested, Mas Olivier rose, so the next day I returned to buy another bottle as a gift for someone, and I also asked them to pick me out a few beers. To my initial confusion, the gentleman returned with two bottles of wine. At first I didn't understand why there were two bottles. The lady who I assume is his wife explained to me in English that the other bottles was free. This was a very special moment to me. This might ha e been the highlight of my entire vacation. Making a personal connection with local residents in such a manner is priceless.
