Big Forno Gusto - Big Forno Group

Best pizza in town! It was busy but we got to sit immediately and we were right in front of where they make the pizzas... So impressed. They have insane amounts of orders flying through and it's still cooked to perfection and the most flavorful, Italian style pizza I've had here in Toulouse. I used to make pizza and worked in Italian restaurants for years and I can't say enough about how good and *authentic* their food is. The owner and servers were taking care of us (no, we're not special, they're just friendly) and the kitchen even chatted over the flying dough. Delicious and great time. Highly recommend.

Used to be good, now it's overpriced and and extremely inconsistent in quality. My last experience was appalling, 14 euros for a small pizza, too thick and burned dough, and five small pieces of salami. You might fall on something better, but why take the risk?

Forno Gusto is undoubtedly one of my favorite restaurants in Toulouse. I absolutely adore this place! The variety of pizzas and their delicious combinations of flavors truly impress me. The waitstaff at Forno Gusto are incredibly friendly and always willing to provide detailed explanations about the menu items.

The food was really good. Staff were friendly. And the space was cute.

I tried to find some points of improvement to balance my comment but I could not find a single one. Friendly staff, great decoration with a wonderful and charming rooftop and when it comes to the food, you will then have lot of choice of Real amazing Italian pizza. (I will advice to go for the super tartuffo) and on top of that you won't wait long once you ordered! Will definitely stop by again when I pass by Toulouse!
