The pizzas are super good, the quality of the food is good, also the drinks, the owner is very kind just has to improve the speed of the service.
I recommend it, it is a must to try.

Very nice place, food was very good. Service was a little slow due to the busyness, but the waitresses were very friendly.
Only outdoor seating available.

Super pizza place with a traditional bread oven they showed us with pride. Not really somewhere to go for anyone with gluten intolerances. Nice house red wine and staff were great. It was a long wait though, we had to go away and come back and hour or so later as it was so popular. Worth coming back for though!

To travel all the way from Somerset, England to eat Italian food in a remote southern French town, may sound a bit bizarre, but go with it, the pizzas here are excellent.
On a sunny day, with the Ariége river chuckling by, a decent carafe of the house red to wash it down with, you would not care how bizarre the the situation is.
The pizzas are baked in a traditional brick oven, in an open kitchen and served quickly by the waitress owner who does it at the double.
Reservations are possible, but it's better to turn up early - it can't be guaranteed if you're late.
Soft thick crust pastries - my preference is for thinner, harder ones, but that's just me the fillings are superb - the tame local Buntings will help you with anything you can't eat.
