No doubt about the fresh ingredients, but what made the pizza so delicious, was the master behind the board.
Don Vito shapes and top the dough with the knowledge and the passion, which only an experienced meridional though chap like him can do.
The cosy and warm place in the middle of the Seine et Marne district just made me feel like home, back to the deep South of Italy.

Sensational spot for quality pizzas and a warm and friendly service. The dishes and their ingredients are authentic yet offer excellent value. If you want to eat in their restaurant, spaces are limited so make sure to call ahead and reserve a table.

The place is cosy, ambiance is relatively nice and joyful. We had as starter the italian charcuterie. The plate is very tasty with a wide variety if italian raw treated meat. Pizza crust is amazing. I must say the french knows their bread better than anyone else. The rocket leaves on the bresaola pizza were not as tasty as expected however the mozzarella cheese was amazing. Sparkling red wine is available. An overall great experience, one of the best pizza place is coulommiers i would say.
