If I could leave 0 stars definitely I would do it. I ordered a pizza at 8:50 pm, and from 10:10 started saying delivered when it was delivered at 11 pm and it was hard and cold. I do understand is a Sunday but be honest, don’t promise a service you can’t meet. What a poor service, they don’t pick up the phone either. DO NOT ORDER

We waited for our pizza for 2 hours, called them several times, they never pick up a phone, and when they do they don’t explain what is happening. The application lies that the order is delivered. The people on the phone lied an hour ago that pizza was already arriving. After 2 hours we are still waiting and no one is picking up a phone….

Delayed in arrival. Staff too busy to care. When the pizza arrived it tasted like cardboard

Very Bad management!! We waited more than one hour after ordering on Uber eats .. We decided to call them. After 7 trials, they took our call and the guy told us that they didn't take our order because they had a rush hour/night!!! They didn't even alert us or anything! We were waiting for nothing!! And even they didn't try to apologize they just said that we will cancel your order!!!! It wasn't the first time that they take so much time for delivery !! Very very bad experience!!!
