PIZZ'O BOIS

Fantastic pizza made in wood fired oven. The pizzaiolo, Isak is super friendly and service minded, we came in after closing but he still hooked us up!

We came a few minutes before opening but this was no issue. Great pizza Lyonnais (recommend!), Provençal and a special made petit margarita for our one year old. Pleasant chat with the owner, thanks a lot and keep it up!

We stopped by for lunch after visiting the aquarium. The pizza was delicious! Nice wood fired oven and the dough is prepared there in house. My son said it was his favorite pizza from several cities we visited. The neighborhood is not a tourist district but the owner was friendly and welcoming. Since we don’t speak French, he used Google translate to check to make sure everything was to our liking and that made the meal fun and memorable. We would definitely recommend to others in Lyon!

Amazing pizza, amazing pizza baker! A very friendly guy who gave me a fresh beer on a hot day. Communication was done by google translate but that only made the evening more fun and special! The pizza is amazing. Both crust and toppings are super. I have had way worse pizza’s in Italy. Greetings from Rotterdam!

The pizza in this place is probably the nicest I've ever tasted. The guys in here were very accommodating due to us being a group of 6. We had the Marguerita and La Parisienne pizzas and they were perfect. Our kids said they would return here if in Lyon again. The prices were great too. Only €1.50 for a soda. That's great value, especially if you're eating in.
