Prego Prego Prego! Bellissima. On our first night in Gentilly we, looked for a place to grab a quick bite and we were not disappointed.
We heard the voices, followed our ears and came across tables set around a flowing fountain, on a court yard around the front of an Italian restaurant in Paris! Locals were eating here, so we figured it would be good.
We were seated next to the fountain on a table for two. We ordered and had a half bottle of red wine, a bottle of water a pint of Lager brought to us whilst surveying the menu. I chose the seafood pasta, my husband the steak and we both had desserts. We loved it, the food was excellent, the ambience amazing, the staff friendly, welcoming, approachable and we had an amazing evening set in a lovely setting. A great start to a long romantic weekend away. Whilst in Gentilly, take the time to enjoy food around the fountain, it really is a must.

Good if you just want pizza.
1 star because we got a Cesar salad with not fully-cooked (red) chicken.
Upon telling the waiter about it he just said that 'it happens because you cannot look inside the chicken as it's breaded'.
He then tried explaining that it's not unhealthy/dangerous.
He gave us a dessert as 'compensation', which is really not the right way to handle this.
Before leaving, the waiter gave us the "advice" of ordering the chicken "well done" next time, as French people apparently "like it a bit pink inside".
I think that's enough said.
