Big disappointment, lady on the entrance doesnt even know how to welcome or great you. Lack of costumer service. You pay your food in advanced doesnt make sence if you dont even get your food yet. For sure I wont pay for that quality which I get even 5€ .Quality of the food (pasta) is not eaquel to the price. I used to love Vapiano and visited so many all over the world but this was the worst experince.

One of my favorite restaurants ever!! If you're a big fan of the Italian cuisine than you're gonna love Vapiano!!???? Everything is perfect about it except the prices???????? (it's a bit expensive). I highly recommend this restaurant!!????

The place itself is cozy and the staff is helpful and very nice but the pizza where it is stated “ruccola” as one of ingridients only has two bits of salad there

More expensive than any other country I've been too and portion was sadly small. My plate could have not been more than 80-90grams of pasta. I finished in about 90 seconds.
