It’s was very slow when we arrive on our reservation at 21h30 I have to wait for a while for the get person to come table for the orders I didn’t have my food after the order until 23h00 it’s was very long and person the night give service wasn’t good attitude for the table with us, food was very good like always I hope but service as good as food

Interior is great, especially inside. We we seated in the pergola, which is really nice. Almost like sitting outside. Service could be better, ordered two drinks and they only came with one. Then you would think that they would quickly make the other one and bring it, but it took really long. When our food came we ordered wine to drink with our food, but this only came when we were half way though the food. I think because only one bartender had to take care of all drinks to the whole restaurant. Crazy! Wine also was really not very good. Pizza was okay, not the best we have had.

Really appreciate my lunch in Graziella. Meals were fresh, really tastiful, filled with italian aromas and a delighting vibes. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. Will recommend to anybody who want to try an italian restaurant in cosy atmosphere.

FOOD???? : The global opinion about the whole diner wasn't so good, pretty average. The pistachio burrata was good, the spicy pizza and the truffle pasta too but the rest wasn't really good. The cheese raviolis were literally soaking into melted butter, the two ordered dishes were left untouched. PRICE????: Way too expensive for the quality of the food. There are much better Italian restaurant not so far at the Val d'Europe mall. SERVICE????????? : Horrible generally speaking. Although some of the waitors try to be nice, the management of this restaurant seems awful. The manager refused that we eat the birthday cake after diner when an employee already accepted. There is a huge lack of communication. ENVIRONMENT????: Spacious restaurant, refined decoration.

It is an excellent place for authentic pizza and fresh pasta. We ordered a Parma pizza and a spaghetti alla vongole, both exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed to the fullest. This is a restaurant we will return and truly recommend to all who would love to have a worthy Italian meal. Excellent service is an additional star! Good job ragazzi (authentic Italians). Note: better to make a reservation, just to secure your enjoyable time.
