I payed a day before 40% less for a better pizza and two cups of wine. Too expensive to be honest, especially alcohol. People smoking around. The service people should ask if we want a "no smoker" place

the house wine is hidden on a separate menu, only shown if asked for and only served with dinner. not nice ????

Good option if you are in the center of Aix Les Bains. The restaurant specializes in traditional Haute Savoie cuisine and pizza. We went for the traditional options and weren't disappointed. Pizza toppings looked delicious but we noticed that some clients returned their order saying the dough was too dry. Service was fast and attentive. Price quality ratio is decent. Sitting in the terrace is a better option, but the inside decor is classy.

L'ARBRE A PALABRES is a restaurant I have frequented many times over the years when I am in Aix Les Bains, France and I have never had a bad meal there! The staff is always friendly and polite. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It is a very popular place to eat @ lunchtime and it is situated near the park. I had the plate du jour...scallops on a bed of creamy risotto for 23 Euros and it was truly delightful! I followed that with a light desert of fresh fruit with a side of whipped cream...oh so good! In the past I have also tried there pizzas and really think that they are unique with a thin crispy crust almost like a soda cracker...always a winner!!! Beat Pizza in Aix les Bains. Lovely in restaurant overlook a nice square with a Terrance. Great food. All the staff are friendly too. Have been to this place tens of times and it never disappoints. They offer a range of local specialty dishes as well as some nice salads, steaks and burgers. Seating inside and out. Open all year too. Highly recommend. Especially for pizza.
