I've never had to walk out without ordering anything before but the service was so bad i was sat half an hour with no order taken.

Visited this place 3 times, just because I’m a HEC student and it’s just crossing the street. The food is decent but the service is terrible. Every single time.

We had two pizza that were both ok, but for 15€ for a pizza you expect more. The dough is not fluffy or crusty and too much cheese on it.
The atmosphere was loud and it was cold.
Was ok but would rather drive further next time.

It takes ages to have some food. Italian is only a word in menu, nothing related to real Italian food.
My colleague order an something like Italian food, I order a medium cooked burger, and , after almost 2 hours waiting time, I received a rare one instead.
Since you reply to my post, I add the following: is the first time in my life that a Caprese is served without Mozzarella!!
This is not related to how much busy you are ....
