Calling and trying to get through to speak to someone is frustrating enough alone but then when you do get through you are immediately placed on hold to wait again. But okay that's normal I guess, because you tell yourself that they are very busy. But the wait time from my experience just to pick up your pizza is like 2hrs and the time I've been told to come they are always 30 to 40 minutes late. So I've found myself stuck waiting outside. I think the pizza is great but I think the two girls who work there aren't very nice.
