Very bad experience !!! We've ordered via their mobile App and place the order around 18:15 for a delivery at 19:30. Time reached 20:00 no pizzas... so we decided to phone them up. The guy on the phone told us the delivery man was on his way and should not be long... We wait for another 30 minutes and still no delivery... We decide to rang them up again and ask them what the hell was going on and cancel our order cause paying nearly 40€ for two (certainly cold) late pizzas... Same guy on the phone told us pizzas were on their way and should be there in 20 mins... (the shop is located nearly about 15 mins driving, away from were we live)... We've got the manager on the phone (Kevin) who calmed me down a bit and said he could not do any discount on this delivery and apologised and told us he will makes a gesture on the next delivery... 10 mins after this the delivery man arrived with two "warmish" pizzas (tow slices later they were cold...)... Absolute Disaster... Excuses for the manager was that they were so successful that they were super busy and had too many orders and that using there internet app we should not expect a delivery within less than hour and half after the order... Again we booked at 18h15 for 19h30 so almost an hour and half as suggested so we should have had our pizza in time... No valid excuses...
