I feel sorry I have to be hard on the review, because we had really high expectations from the website descriptions and other reviews. A pizza is made of two main parts: dough and topping. Sadly we were greated with sub-par pizza dough, with barely any taste and texture was not as chewy and crispy as you expect from greats pizzas. The dough had a kind of hard crust and tasted too young, it was not fully cooked all the way through, more like 3/4 of the way. The proofing probably wasn't done properly because the dough didn't develop taste. At least, the topping part is really great and researched but it's just half of the job in my opinion. Staff was okay but not showing any passions towards the food, lacking a bit of warmth.
We had a Menduni and a Begos Figos, both had great toppings as said before, sauces, cheeses, top notch!
(Note modifiée à 4 étoiles suite à la réaction des tenanciers, quand j'aurai l'occasion de revenir, j'espère que l'expérience sera alors 5 étoiles, j'aurai apprécié qu'on me demande ce que j'ai pensé des pizzas, j'aurais donné mon avis volontier directement!)
