The worst customer service ever! They had an offer you buy one you get the second for free on uber eats! We orderd and we got only one! We contacted them and they did nothing! Will never go to that place again! And the worst thing, we told them that this is the last time we come here, they did not care at all! Zero customer service!
To answer their reply :
They said the offer is on three pizzas! How can we know that if they do not mention it? Other restaurants mention that this offer is only applicable on these items only! And we contacted uber eats and showed them that nothing is said about what items in the offer, only buy one get one for free!
We understand that mistakes happen! And it was not mentioned on what items, but at least they offer a second one, even if not the same pizza! But to tell us "this is not our fault" , this is unacceptable!
