Restaurant Paparotti

Your ordinary Italian restaurant. Prices a bit lower than the rest in the area. Quality: average (good except for the fact that I like pizzas that are in the oven for a bit longer). Good service.

Do not recommend! First of all the waiters attitude was not polite. We went there as tourists and non of us spoke French. Usually this shouldn’t be an issue because we can translate the menu with google translate and point to the waiter what we want without needing to speak the same language. But the waiter refused to interact with us when he noticed that we don’t speak french. He started to shout something lound in french that we couldn’t understand and moving his hands frenetically in the air. Finally he accepted to take our order. We orderd some sharing platters with fritto misto, bruschetta and cold cuts. He never brought us the cold cuts but refused to take it off the check at the end. The food was at best average. The sea food was most probably frozen for a loooong time. And the bruschetta tomato mix came from a can - not fresh tomatoes as traditionally made. Anyway I guess the restaurant was empty for a solid reason.

Great Italian pizza. Owner is very nice and bakes fresh pizzas instantly. Loved the place, it’s hardly walking distance from my restaurant and in the city centre.
