LA CROISIERE

The manager was very slow, inattentive and off-hand. Acted as if he couldn't be bothered. In fact he did very little. The restaurant wasn't busy but we still had to wait 10 mins before he came to ask us if we'd like a table. The two young waitresses were very polite and efficient. When the food came, it was cold. The modules et frites was a good size and portion but not even warm. This place could be really good but failed to deliver. A real shame. It may survive simply because of its location and that it doesn't have to try to win customers. There are several other restaurants nearby, so give this one a miss and try one of them.

Overall a really bad experience (lunch on 26th of July). Female service staff seems to hate guests. Garbage underneath the table, state of toilet questionable at least. Food also not great, but the "Tiki bowl" took the biscuit: Made of canned tuna and overall very badly done (quality of the ingredients, taste, presentation). Charging EUR 14,90 for that "dish" is wild. Definitely won't be back.

Although the moules a la Bretonnewere notation bad, after I found a long black hair in them my appetite was gone. The waitresses comment was: it’s not mine…. Well no more words needed.

Good food, nice service. Mussels and oysters are great. Exterior seating in sunset was great.

We managed to get ourselves an interior seating despite the busy lunch hours. The seafood was fresh & nothing short of amazing. Overall: en enjoyable dining experience! Splendid!
