3 years ago my husband ordered a fish burger and when it was served it was still frozen. No apologies, no recompense. This wasn’t seen as a problem. Anyway not one of theirs. I had a choice of eating alone or letting my food get cold while my husband waited for a cooked fish burger. Things happen however.
This year, on a showery day, we were told the only available table for two was under the rim of one of the large umbrellas on the terrace. The tables on the terrace were 3/4 empty. And a lot of the tables for 4 consisted of 2 tables for 2 placed together. The waiter we spoke to adamantly refused to separate any of those table for 4.

We where with 6 people at the market in nyons, we decided we wanted to have a drink. The staff was looking at us like we did something wrong before we even had the time to sit down. When we were seated they asked us for a drink. We ordered so. After the drinks arrived they asked us what we wanted to eat. We said that we where only there to have a couple of drinks, the waiter swong his tablet around and they brought the bill and walked away. We never asked for the bill and they kept on looking very mad and were instructing to leave only because we where there for a drink. Not a nice place and very disturbing staff.

Very rude and not customer friendly. When we said we did not want something to eat, the waiter asked us for our choise of food and when we didn’t want to eat, the waiter rolled his eyes, walked away angry and after not even two minutes we got the check. We didn’t even finish our drinks or asked for it. VERY RUDE!!!!

I have been four times in the last three weeks the first three times were good … pleasant waiter, good food. Tonight dreadful experience …. They have reduced the menu it is more like that of a not very good pizzeria - limited selection, not very good. We ordered a carafe of wine and got a more expensive bottle, they added something that we hadn’t had to the bill and the waitress throughout the whole evening made it clear she wasn’t in the least bit interested. Shame won’t be going back for a fifth time.
