What a gem! The first thing I do when I visit a place for the first time. Is check the best Pizzaria in the neighborhood. This time we hit the jackpot. By far, after 30 years of going to France, the best pizza ever! No Emmental as base cheese but Propper mozzarella and other delicious pizza toppings, still with a France touch but that's ok! When in Rome, uh les Vans :) ;) for pizza enthousiast, according to the owner, 2 days fermentation on the dough and 75%!!! Moisture content. Cq delicious crunchy pillowy dough. Mjam.

Chez Alex is the best pizza maker in les Vans.
He started a couple years ago. Smaller Building. Now Common back afther 2 years bigger Store but same quality pizza always the best!!

The best pizza in the area. We all love it and get it every time we’re here. Paul the owner is super nice and is a real professional. He is always there for his customers and he and his team work very hard and clearly care about their work. Bravo et Merci!

It’s hard to find the right words, to do this pizza justice. The different kinds are incredibly creative and offer an amazing palette of French flavors. The dough is perfect, nothing more to say about that. On the whole the pizzas are juicy but not greasy. It’s like the pizza in a wet French dream, honestly, please try it, because it’s absolutely mindblowing!! The service personal is sooo kind and always more than friendly. Thank you chez Alex for this amazing piece of heaven in the middle of the french Provence! ????????????????
